Plans and payment
Is there really no upfront cost?
Yes. There is nothing to pay before or on the day of installation. Your monthly payment covers the system, the fitting, servicing and repairs, and the price stays the same for the term.
How does a monthly plan work?
You lease the air conditioning system for a fixed term, usually 60 months. One monthly payment covers the units, the installation, an annual service and parts and labour cover.
How much does a plan cost?
Single-room plans start from £29 a month and multi-room plans from £79 a month. Larger commercial systems are priced after a free survey. See plans and pricing.
Who can take a plan?
Limited companies, sole traders, partnerships and other organisations, subject to status. Homeowners can ask us about monthly options.
What happens at the end of the plan?
We contact you before the term ends to talk through your options, which include continuing with your current system or moving onto a new one.
Can I buy outright instead?
Yes. We quote a one-off price alongside the monthly plan so you can compare them.
Installation
How long does installation take?
Most single-room installs take a day. Multi-room systems usually take one to three days, and larger systems are scheduled after the survey.
Is the survey free?
Yes. The survey is free and there is no obligation.
Do I need planning permission?
Most installs do not, but rules differ for listed buildings, conservation areas, flats and some commercial premises. We check during the survey. See our planning guide.
Where does the outdoor unit go?
Usually on an outside wall on brackets, on the ground, or on a flat roof. We agree the position with you at survey, keeping it away from windows and neighbours where possible.
Do you cover my area?
We install across England, Scotland and Wales. Enter your postcode on the quote form and we will confirm.
Servicing and repairs
Is servicing included?
Yes. Every plan includes an annual service for every unit.
What if something breaks?
Systems on a plan include parts and labour cover for the length of the plan. Contact us and we will arrange a visit.
Do you service or repair systems you did not install?
Yes. Tell us the make, model and fault and we will arrange a visit.
Systems
Does air conditioning heat as well as cool?
Yes. The systems we fit are air-to-air heat pumps, so the same unit heats in winter and cools in summer.
Which brands do you fit?
We install systems from manufacturers including Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Toshiba and Fujitsu. See brands.
What size system do I need?
It depends on the room size, windows, sun, people and equipment. We size it properly at the survey. See our sizing guide.
